Key Positions

Kinesiologist
Our Kinesioligists have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics or equivalent degree and are members of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). They typically join the team with some experience (paid or volunteer) working in an active rehab setting. They also come with great communication and interpersonal skills that help in motivating clients with orthopaedic, concussion, neurological or mental health conditions.
We hire employees and contractors to work in a variety of programs and services.

Physiotherapist
Our Physiotherapists are registered with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia, bringing strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and multitasking.
In Ontario, we hire Resident Physiotherapists and provide mentorship until full registration. In BC, soon-to-be registered Physiotherapists are initially hired as Kinesiologists or Rehabilitation Assistants until fully registered.
You can join us as an employee or contractor, full-time or part-time, in private practice or WorkSafeBC programs.

Occupational Therapist
Our Occupational Therapists are registered with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia.
We hire experienced OTs as well as early career professionals with mentorship and support. We hire employees and contractors to work in a variety of programs and services.

Registered Massage Therapist
Our Massage Therapists are registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia. If you are completing your Massage Therapy program, then we offer structured mentorship, and paid intern opportunities.

Registered Psychologist
Our Psychologists are registered or eligible for registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia. They have good organizational and writing skills, experience working with third-party payers and an understanding of rehabilitation and disability issues. We provide training and supervision for early career professionals.

Registered Clinical Counsellor | Psychotherapist
Our Clinical Counsellors and Psychotherapists have their M.A. in Clinical Psychology or equivalent, is registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors or in Ontario, are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
They work in a variety of different services where they provide short-term psychological treatment/counselling and skills training.
You can join us either as an employee or contractor; full-time or part-time, and in private practice or WorkSafeBC programs.

Employment Counsellor
Our Employment Counsellors work one-on-one with people, giving advice, information and the tools needed to find jobs and plan their careers. They also share information with employers on staffing and employment issues. They support clients who provide job site skills analysis and job coaching, advise employers on accommodations required and implementation strategies.
With experience, they have the potential to advance into supervisory and management positions within the organization.

Administrative Management & Support Staff
Our Administrative Managers and Operations Support staff are vital to our success, ensuring smooth daily operations through their exceptional customer service, teamwork, time management, and organization.
