Since these are regulated professions in Canada, international healthcare candidates interested in joining Back in Motion must meet the necessary requirements to practice legally.
We encourage those who have already begun the professional registration process to apply and be prepared to provide proof of eligibility or full registration with the relevant professional college in British Columbia and/or Ontario.
We also offer work sponsorships to qualified healthcare professionals who have fulfilled the requirements of their respective professional colleges and/or associations in Canada.

The process begins with an initial pre-screening interview with a member of our People & Culture team. If there’s a good fit, we’ll arrange an in-depth interview with the hiring manager or team. This gives you the opportunity to share more about your qualifications and strengths, helping our hiring team gain a clearer understanding of your background.
Once you’re selected, you’ll be connected with your direct manager and colleagues. We also provide comprehensive mentorship and training to support your growth and ensure your success in your new role.
